Holds a degree in Economics from USD, in California. Has built a successful career heading teams in first-tier local and global brokerage firms. Nilson pioneered electronic trading in Brazil in the mid-2000s, having led its development over the years. Joined as Ideal’s CEO in late 2019 with the mandate to establish and execute the firm’s strategy.
Engineer graduate from the University of São Paulo and an MBA from Insper. With in-depth experience in product control and financial planning, Leandro has held key roles in top local and international financial firms.
Engineer from the University of São Paulo and a master's degree from IE Business School in Madrid. He has dedicated his career to risk management and control, as well as the development, implementation and supervision of processes, internal controls and corporate governance. He has held leadership roles in financial institutions in São Paulo and New York.
Earned his Engineering degree at the University of São Paulo. Started his career at Banco Itaú and joined Link Investimentos, the largest Brazilian independent brokerage firm at the time as product controller. Worked with strategic planning for Itaú’s institutional broker dealer in 2013, with oversight of the firm’s expansion in Latin America. Prior to joining Ideal, managed the portfolio of alternative investments at Pátria Investimentos, a leading São Paulo-based private equity firm.
Renowned executive with extensive experience in the development, implementation and management of technology solutions for broker dealers and investors. Has led teams and delivered projects that thrusted the development of electronic trading in Brazil. Worked in leading firms, such as Link Investimentos, the largest Brazilian independent brokerage firm at the time. Holds an MBA degree on IT architecture and is certified in cloud computing solutions.
Has years of experience leading large-scale projects, having built innovative solutions for brokers and investment banks. Has a degree in system analysis and development, and an international MBA in software engineering, as well as certifications in cloud solutions and agile methodologies.
Holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on capital markets from Insper, and a postgraduate degree in corporate finance and investment banking from FIA. Has more than 15 years of experience in the financial market, having worked in the commercial and electronic trading areas, covering international and local clients, in leading brokers in the national and international markets. He is currently a member of the Advisory Chamber of Operations and the Advisory Chamber of Equities of B3.
Human resources manager at Ideal, is also responsible for the company’s facility management services. Holds an MBA and built a solid experience in HR and administrative services, primarily within the financial industry. Worked most of her career at Link, the largest Brazilian independent brokerage firm at the time, prior to joining Ideal.
Graduated in Business Administration at ESPM with an emphasis on Marketing and International Business, she holds an MBA from the University of São Paulo in Financial Engineering. He developed her career in a diversified way, working in areas such as product, digital marketing and business intelligence, in companies from different segments and financial services. He joined Ideal to build the new business line for the Investment as a Service solution.
An administrator by training, he has solid experience in the financial market and is a reference in operations processes, having worked in large national and international brokerage firms, and actively participated in key market innovation projects. In addition to his extensive technical experience, he consolidated a leadership role in the institutions where he worked. He joined Ideal in 2019 as Head of Operations. He is currently a member of the Post-Trading Advisory Chamber of B3.
Graduated in Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, he did postgraduate studies at FGV-Law. He has solid experience working as a lawyer in the areas of financial and capital markets, contracts and compliance in prominent financial institutions, such as HSBC, Cetip S.A. (currently B3 S.A. – UTVM) and RB Capital S.A. He has the PQO Compliance and CPA-20 certifications.
Graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo and postgraduate in Corporate Law from FGV-Law. He worked for large law firms before joining the Ideal team and has PQO Compliance certification.
